Dairy Manager - All Locations

Responsibilities:

1. Ordering product from AWG, Hiland, A&E and CW
   1. Familiarizing with GOT gun and milk sheets
      1. Rotation, Date checking and working with Markdown
   2. Using markdown stickers to reduce shrink
      1. Cleaning racks and floors daily
      2. Changing out diapers and cleaning shelves as needed
      3. Setting dairy displays with cross merchandising to increase sales
      4. Working in new items as they come in immediately and making sure they are in the system and getting tags
      5. Communicating needs with grocery manager and evening stockers

Experience:

1. Beneficial to have grocery experience background 1 or more years
2. To be familiar with holiday sales to understand dairy needs
3. Self-motivated worker who requires minimal direction to accomplish dairy goals (gross profit and shrink)

Measures of success

1. Low amounts of out of stocks
2. Keep low percentage of shrink
3. Fantastic displays with cross merchandising
4. Keeping an organized cooler
