Job Title: Systems Support Technician

Reports To: Donna Merrill

Position Summary:

• This position is considered entry level and will rely heavily on OJT. This position is responsible for maintaining the company's computer services and equipment. Duties will include troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity. With training be able to build and deploy systems, printers, POS systems and all peripherals in the enterprise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain spare stock levels of spare equipment
• Use of the Track-it ticketing system
• Build and maintain PC, POS systems, Laptops and Tablets

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing support to teammates and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all stores and colleagues.

Skills and Abilities Desired:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn is a must.

Qualifications:

• Some experience using Microsoft products (Required)

• Experience with PC, Tablets, and phones and with our POS system.

• Technical/mechanical aptitude.

• Physical work, crawling and some lifting over 50lbs. (Required)

• Self-starter

• Motivated

• This position will start at 8-5 M/F but will likely change as training progresses.
