Supplies Coordinator - Healthy Solutions

Full time Seasonal position (August through December) with possibility of part-time position year round.

Supplies Coordinator: Managed and maintain inventory of all supplies needed for Health Screening and Vaccine Clinics.

• Ability to assemble supplies and paperwork based on staffing needs and client specific requests for successful vaccination clinics and health screenings
• Ability to give and provide feedback to staff for preparation of clinics
• Responsible for providing immediate feedback to the manager regarding any concerns over staffing and/or clinics
• Work closely with Operations, Staffing and Billing coordinators to ensure appropriate supplies for nurse pick-ups
• Work with Billing Manager to assist in medical claim submission to insurance companies
• Assist in researching client eligibility for medical insurance coverage
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment
• Assist in cleaning and organizing office as needed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with teammates, nursing candidates, and vendors
• Proven knowledge of developing and implementing strategies for quality improvement
• Problem solving skills to address immediate staffing changes and last-minute client requests
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency to use the internet for medical insurance eligibility research
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50lbs
