Store Development Manager - Support Office

The Store Development Manager is responsible for multiple duties for all the buildings within the company that involve internal and external communications in a very timely manner to keep all facilities running. This position also manages a team to assist with maintaining these facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Understands the operations of all 26 stores and store departments, as well as the impact of each department if it goes down and the cost to the company if not fixed timely.
• Manages 4-5 teammates and assigns them their daily tasks. These tasks may change quickly due to the importance of situations, so must be able to prioritize these decisions.
• Tracks daily tickets and sorts them due to priority to dispatch them to the team/outside vendors throughout the day.
• Data entry of invoices from vendors and suppliers; reviews them for accuracy before sending to Accounting for payment.
• Works with all stores and store management, a forward-buy warehouse (Central Warehouse) and Tippin's Pie Plant on all functionality and operations of the building maintenance, as well as any necessary vendors.
• Works on computer daily in regard to PO#'s, emails, schedules, deliveries, work logs, record labor and invoices.
• Works closely with the Store Development Director on decisions or any issues/problems.
• Ability to work the shift of 6:30am – 3:30pm or when work is completed, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications:

• Experience and technical knowledge of every aspect of grocery store equipment, building construction knowledge and terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task, organize and prioritize
• Prior experience managing a team
• Ability to build strong working relationships with the stores as well as the vendors
• Basic computer skills, intermediate experience in Excel preferred
• Must be very dependable and punctual.
• Ability to give and receive feedback as needed
