Pricing Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Pricing Clerk to join our team at Price Chopper. In this role, you'll support accurate pricing, signage, and product information across the store-ensuring guests can shop with confidence while helping maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to support a positive shopping experience
• Review and stay current on pricing updates, including weekly ads and promotions, to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Replace and update shelf tags, promotional signs, and pricing labels to reflect current pricing and maintain clear communication for guests
• Ensure accurate pricing across the store by verifying consistency between shelf tags and POS systems
• Conduct regular price audits to support pricing accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity
• Print, organize, and distribute price tags and signage as needed
• Maintain an organized, detail-focused approach to pricing tasks, materials, and schedules to prevent errors
• Collaborate with department teams to ensure pricing changes are reflected correctly across displays and signage
• Maintain compliance with company pricing standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Develop and maintain knowledge of store products, pricing, and promotions to better support store operations
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership to support efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items to support product availability
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including conduct and dress code standards
• Collaborate across departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction
• Remain productive during slower periods by assisting with stocking, organizing, or supporting other departments
• Other job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: Previous experience in grocery, retail, or pricing/stocking roles
