About the position

            The pricing administrator is a data-entry position, which works in our pricing database to send pricing data to our stores, log deals we receive from outside vendors, and generate sales reports for internal and external use. This person will report to the Marketing Analysis manager, and will be responsible for:

• Determining promotional retails for various products based on company guidelines and accurately entering those retails into our pricing database via hand-key or Excel spreadsheet imports
• Accurately entering product cost deductions into our pricing database via hand-key or Excel spreadsheet imports and resolving discrepancies that may arise through conflicting dates and deduction amounts
• Pulling raw data out of various databases to:
  • Assist invoicing vendors for cost discounts
  • Generate sales reports for our company's department managers and our external product suppliers

Your daily hours are flexible, working between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM.

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail with numbers and dates
• Comfortable working with large volumes of raw data
• Able to work independently
• Able to adapt to quick-shifting job priorities
• Intermediate- to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel, including use of:
  • Pivot tables
  • Nested formulas and functions such as H- and V-LOOKUP, IFs, and AND/OR
  • Linked spreadsheets/tables
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Access is beneficial but not required
