Pharmacy Scheduling Admin - Support Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy Scheduler

Schedule pharmacists and float technicians for all pharmacy locations

On-call to take sick/emergency calls for both pharmacists & technicians

  • Pharmacy Technician Float/Emergency Staffing

Staff pharmacies when float coverage/sick calls cannot be covered by other technicians

  • Responsible for quarterly software updates for our pharmacy software & devices
  • Generating Monthly Performance Reports

Vaccines, MTM, Med Sync, etc

  • Responsible for reviewing PioneerRx weekly Updates/News

Email important updates to pharmacy teams

  • PioneerRx Administrator / master user

Updating Central Que / file maintenance

Patient Profile Merges, Drug Updates, Prescriber Updates, etc

  • Support stores centrally with daily issues
  • Manage secondary supplier ordering and maintenance of supplier systems

  • Current pharmacy technician licenses (KS & MO) in good standing
