Overnight Maintenance Teammate - Tippin's Plant

TIPPIN'S PIES is expanding. We are searching for a Maintenance Associate who is flexible with a work schedule starting days and within a month or so starting at Midnight until 8-10Am.

The Maintenance Associate position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operation, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the Plant Manager.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and all other food safety requirements.
• Complies with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE's) requirements.

Able to perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

3 plus years' experience- Technical Degree

3 plus years' in Food Manufacturing experience will be a plus

Pays $19-20 per hour
