Overnight Grocery Manager - All Locations

Our overnight grocery team works together to get products back on the shelves and play an important part in supporting our daytime operations. These teammates work behind the scenes to ensure our shelves our stocked and rotated and our displays are well merchandised for our customers. If you are a night person who enjoys working with others to accomplish tasks within deadlines, then this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

1.Ordering product from appropriate vendors.
2.Familiarizing with GOT gun/pricing.
3.Rotation, date checking and working with markdown.
4.Using markdown stickers to reduce shrink.
5.Cleaning racks, shelves and floors daily.
6.Setting dairy displays with cross merchandising to increase sales.
7.Working in new items as they come in immediately and making sure they are in the system and getting tags.
8.Communicating needs with Grocery Manager and evening stockers.

Experience:
1.Beneficial to have grocery experience background 1 or more years.
2.Managment experience 2 plus years, retail environment preferred, but not required.
3.To be familiar with holiday sales to understand needs.
4.Self-motivated worker who requires minimal direction to accomplish goals (gross profit and shrink).

Measures of success
1.Low amounts of out of stocks.
2.Keep low percentage of shrink.
3.Fantastic displays with cross merchandising.
4.Keeping products organized as well as work areas.
5.Great work ethic.
6.Works well in a team environment and will show respect and integrity to all customers and teammates.

This position requires heavy lifting, bending, reaching and unloading trucks.
