Manufacturing Sanitation Lead

Join the Tippin's Pies sanitation team and lead with excellence a crew of 3-4 people. This is a working supervisor role, working together to get the job done. We are seeking an experienced food/pharma sanitation professional with experience and ready to lead a crew. We have a brand-new facility for you to maintain. This is second shift starting at 3p until finished, Monday through Thursday.

If you have a way of motivating a team to get the job done and has a sense of urgency to make it happen, we want to speak to you as soon as you are able.

This position is responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation throughout production facility and on equipment following with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP'S) and all other food safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED or HSEC)
• Read, write and speak English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Understands weights and measurements.
• Capable of using chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment; capable of multitasking, flexibility and adaptability.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects 10-60 lbs, with or without assistance.
• Regularly required to us hands, fingers to handle and feel, reach, and repetitive motion with hands and arms.
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs; required to stand for extended periods, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.
• Vision abilities for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Position pays $14-$17
