Tippin's Gourmet Foods is looking for a hands on Chief Mechanic to join our growing team. We need a take charge, get'er done approach to this job.  Someone that takes pride in owning these manufacturing machines and is only happy when they are all up and running proficiently. 

Do you like to analyze situations and diagnose the problems? And do you like to research and understand how something works?  The more you take ownership of making the machines operate the better and we need you to be willing to get your hands dirty repairing the machines from changing a greasy wheel to replacing ceiling tiles.

 This person will have a couple handyman type people reporting to you. We want a leader that leads by example.  We care about our employees and their families, so it is important for this person to treat others with respect to gain respect from others. 

 Qualifications:

Manufacturing Experience, preferably in a sanitized environment where cleanliness is a must.

Programmable Logic Controller experience.

Familiar with Quality Assurance audits.

This is an immediate opening and we are ready to hire the right person to join our team.

Bilingual a plus, not a must have.
